You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Work closely with UK team colleagues and the wider team in Spain.
  • Foster an environment where everyone takes ownership of the business and supports each other.
  • Prioritize stakeholder management, particularly for M&S across the UK & Ireland.
  • Utilize strong commercial acumen to ensure sales and profit delivery for designated accounts.
  • Create, update, and manage Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key accounts.
  • Manage promotions, trade marketing, and sales forecasting for the brand.
  • Serve as the informal leader of the natural work team, coordinating NPD and Technical efforts.

  • Possess an entrepreneurial work ethic and bring a high level of energy to the business.
  • Demonstrate a team-player mentality and a willingness to "roll your sleeves up" to get the job done.
  • Have experience working cross-functionally within an organization.
  • Exhibit significant exposure to managing UK retail customers, particularly M&S.
  • Confidently engage with customers and suppliers at all organizational levels on a regular basis.
  • Demonstrate expertise in building consumer insights and data-based market strategies, along with crafting customer plans.
  • Possess skills for negotiating and drafting simple commercial contracts.
  • Capable of resolving contractual and commercial problems effectively.
  • Demonstrable analytical and financial capabilities.
