Are you ready to lead operational excellence in a dynamic multi-retailer environment?

Our client is seeking a dedicated Process Manager to oversee a team of three, supported by Innovation and Technical teams. As our client's business expands, your role will be crucial in improving operations and driving innovation.

In this position, you'll optimize operational processes across various retail channels, ensuring efficiency and meeting customer needs. With opportunities for growth and advancement, you'll make a real impact while thriving both personally and professionally.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Manage, motivate and develop the process team.
  • Advise capital requirements and drive timely commissioning of new kit.
  • Identify product-related production issues and manage problem-solving.
  • Identify process improvements to deliver cost savings and efficiency benefits.
  • Identify and project manage trial and validation processes to deliver cost savings through raw materials and packaging concepts.
  • Manage the customer and retailer from handover to launch through the development of an excellent relationship between brands through effective communication with the Technologists
  • Provide factory Launch Support ensuring Factory Specifications are accurate and that all operatives have been trained to deliver the agreed quality standards.
  • Ensure all internal factory systems are set up and accurate in advance of any trial taking place.

What's required?

  • Relevant degree in a food-related subject
  • Four years minimum experience with an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of FRM food manufacturing, processes & equipment
  • Experience of leading & managing a team
  • Involvement in continuous improvement / lean manufacturing initiatives (desirable)
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of budgets & cost management and KPI awareness (desirable)
  • HACCP and Food Safety trained (desirable)
