‍You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Managing Food Safety, Integrity, and Quality Audits (e.g., Customer, BRC, and Local Government both UK and globally).
• Ensuring that the site takes a professional approach to Food Safety & Quality and is legally compliant in everything we do.
• Develop and manage the site Technical Team, leading by example to continuously drive improvement.
• To implement the appropriate due-diligence systems and facilitate their operation.
• The management, analysis, and reporting of Factory Technical KPI’s: Micro – Product, Environment and water, Customer and Internal Non-Conformances Concessions.
• Work collaboratively with the sites operations teams to promote a positive culture of food safety and quality.

What's required?

• Food Safety Standards
• Hygiene Standards
• Understanding of health and safety
• HACCP training level 3 or higher
• Supervising / Management experience desired

• Food hygiene level 3 or higher

• Technical Standards in a food manufacturing high care environment
