You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Oversee the delivery of a portfolio of projects to support meeting growth targets, ensuring full governance across all projects within the portfolio.
- Lead the delivery of complex projects involving new technologies, significant investment, and interlinkage with other projects and regions.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across regions, sites, and functions, including coordination with global teams and suppliers where relevant, ensuring effective input management.
- Manage delivery across four key areas: process enablement, cross-functional integration, risk mitigation, and project portfolio consolidation.
- Ensure effective process implementation, governance, and reporting for the project portfolio, delivering world-class project management execution.
- Develop and maintain project management standards, methodologies, processes, and tools across the organisation.
- Ensure tight control over project scopes, action standards, and guardrails, with a clear approval process for any changes.
- Identify, communicate, and align initiatives and interdependencies effectively.
- Provide governance, support, and oversight across multiple projects.
- Engage in high-level stakeholder management activities across a range of projects.
- Establish knowledge management repositories and facilitate knowledge sharing across projects.
- Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project and portfolio performance.
- Drive innovation and renovation projects through stage gates.
What's required?
Experience
- Managed end-to-end supply chain projects, ideally in a blue-chip food or FMCG company
- CI certification such as six sigma, lean techniques

£80,000.00 - £90,000.00 per annum
