You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Work alongside the Senior Leadership to develop a comprehensive and strategic Innovation program/pipeline to drive long-term growth for the business.
- Develop, lead and inspire a development team to ensure delivery of the highest food standards, processes and knowledge within the industry.
- Formulate and manage new projects whilst adhering to budgets, commercial guidelines, targets; and demonstrate solid commercial acumen.
- Be a key voice within the site and R&D leadership team regarding driving change, new ideas and how the business can expand its offering, working with key stakeholders to understand challenges and navigate growth.
What's required?
- 8 - 15 years experience in a relevant role
- Experience in managing a team
- Experience in managing customers
