‍You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Lead the development of new aquaculture products, from concept ideation to market introduction
• Manage the product innovation, including market research, trend analysis, competitor analysis, and product development planning
• Develop and implement innovative packaging solutions that are functional, sustainable, and enhance brand identity
• Ensure all products and packaging comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Manage and collaborate with external vendors, supplies, and design agencies
• Monitor market performance and conduct post-launch product reviews
• Prepare budges and manage resources for product development and packaging initiatives
• Develop innovation and development strategies for new and existing products
• Contribute to brand positioning and messaging
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve product quality, profitability and efficiency

What's required?

• Bachelors degree in Food Science, Product Development, Packaging Science, or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge of food and taste drivers
• Strong understanding of consumer research methodologies and market trends
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Minimum 10 years of experience in product development and/or packaging innovation within the consumer goods industry
