You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Build and lead a team of food technology experts.
• Contribute to product development and recipe optimisation.
• Oversee the transition of recipes from the development kitchen to production facilities.
• Collaborate with suppliers and conduct trials to support technical advancements.
• Define and improve overall factory processes for efficiency and quality.
• Manage quality assurance and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Identify operational gaps and propose effective solutions.

What's required?

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in food technology, ideally within the frozen food sector.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
• Expertise in adapting and optimising recipes for large-scale production.
• Thorough understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
