In this role, you’ll lead product development for the business, working closely with the Head of Innovation to shape new and exciting offerings. The position offers full relocation support, including accommodation and transport, along with an annual trip back to your home country. ‍You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Lead the creation and development of new seafood products based on market trends and consumer preferences
• Innovative thinking and culinary creativity
• Development of new products developing
• Managing the entire product development process, from idea to commercialization
• Create and maintain project timelines to ensure timely and budget friendly completion
• Coordinate with teams in marketing, sales, operations, and quality assurance
• Oversee sensory evaluations and consumer testing to validate product concepts
• Ensure all new products meet food safety standards, regulations, and company polices
• Collaborate with quality assurance
• Managing documentation for all stages of product development
• Work with procurement to source ingredients and packaging materials
• Communicate project updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Develop and manage budgets for product development projects
• Stay informed on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes

What's required?

• Bachelor's degree in food science and nutrition, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, project management, or a similar role
• Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills are essential
• Proficiency with project management tools supports streamlined product development
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enable effective collaboration, while analytical abilities ensure innovative solutions
• Proven experience in product development, project management roles, with a focus on a strategy and execution
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey messages clearly and persuasively
