We have an exciting opportunity for a Packaging Technologist to join the largest food manufacturer in the UK. This entry-level role offers a unique blend of on-site and remote work, with 3 days on-site and 2 days from home. You'll have the chance to work closely with suppliers, gaining valuable exposure and skills that are transferable to other roles within New Product Development (NPD). You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• To check & approve packaging artwork and release for print
• To project manage and coordinate all printed packaging artwork
• To develop & manage secondary & tertiary packaging cutter guides & key lines
• To liaise between design studios, customers, printers & packaging suppliers to deliver our customer & brand launch activity in time & in full
• To coordinate & communicate with internal stakeholders on the progress of all assigned printed packaging artwork projects
• To support customer launch activity by defining and adhering to critical path milestones
• To collate & socialise packaging information across the business

What's required?

• Adhering to strict deadlines and working under pressure
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent and effective communicator, both written and verbally
• Adapting to and using IS platforms
• High degree of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Full driving license
• Ability to travel as required to meet the demands of the job
• A Levels or Further Education equivalent
• Project Management Experience
• Critical Path Management
• Planning and organisation skills
