You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Management of our supply base including customer approval and maintenance audits, BRC audits and demonstrable implementation of all relevant customer policy requirements.

• Management of customer requirements in terms of policies, products, packaging and legislative changes and updates.
• Management of Quality Management System and maintaining our BRC Agents and Brokers certification.
• Management of several key customer accounts.

What's required?

• 2.1 or higher in a Food Science / Food Technology degree or similar
• Level 3 HACCP, preferably level 4
• BRC / FSSC Lead Auditor preferable
• Attention to detail, accuracy and strong     written and verbal communication skills are absolutely critical to the success of this role.
• Willingness and desire to travel (UK and abroad)
• Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritise, multi task, and meet deadlines
• Able to interpret and understand policies, guidelines and regulations
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong understanding of HACCP, Food Hygiene, BRC and auditing
