You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Take full ownership and responsibility for managing major retail accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, securing additional product lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts across key functions, including Sales, Supply Chain, Technical, Product Development, and Merchandising.
- Collaborate with the internal Procurement team to support both new and existing business, staying proactive in assessing market opportunities for customers.
- Actively manage customer stock levels in coordination with the internal Supply Chain team.
- Partner with the Category Insight Manager and Marketing Manager to deliver exceptional customer presentations, leveraging IRI and internal data.
- Oversee and report on sales performance and contract balances.
What's required?
Qualifications
- A 2:1 or above in a relevant business degree.
Experience
- Strong preference for a background in the food industry, though experience with other FMCG products will also be considered.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience managing UK retailers.
- Experience in own-label product management is desirable.
