You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Define and deliver a medium-to-long-term roadmap, driving sustainability and productivity while building cross-functional expertise and strong internal relationships.
- Support the Global Packaging team in developing mid-term sourcing strategies.
- Build collaborative relationships with suppliers to capture market best practices and oversee project implementation.
- Allocate approximately 75% of time to driving packaging innovation, productivity, and expertise, and 25% to monitoring and implementing the packaging sustainability roadmap.

- Strong core technical skills in packaging development.
- Ability to understand business, consumer, and customer needs and translate them into relevant project requirements.
- Intellectually agile and curious, with a self-starter attitude.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technical concepts and apply them effectively to achieve practical results.
