You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- To work collaboratively between the customer and the client, overseeing all aspects of Technical projects
- Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing the progress of the project
- Preparing reports for upper management regarding status of project
- Planning and implementing Technical projects
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Defining tasks and required resources
- Managing project team
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular hours.
- To be responsible for protecting at all times, the integrity of the company through positive and constructive actions and attitude.
- Represent the Food Safety & Quality department in a positive and proactive manner at customer head office meeting
What's required?
- 3 years + Food industry experience, preferably in a technical / Quality role.
- Science/ Food Science/ other related discipline qualification at higher education level, OR equivalent experience in industry.
- Exposure to the ways of working of UK retailers.
- Organisational skills to enable the management and development of multiple projects.
- Confidence in managing customers and key stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels.
- Willing to build knowledge base above and beyond core experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel as necessary.
What's in it for you?
Salary £45,000.00 - £55,000.00
